General Food Products Catalogue
The products presented in this catalogue are issued from the general catalogue of most great supermarket central purchasing.
It offers a large choice of product assortments, particularly adapted for distributing in foreign supermarkets, and permits to optimise freight costs by mixing several products items in the same shipment.
Note : it is impossible to mix dry items with fresh (reefer) items or frozen items in the same container or truck.
The quantities ordered by shipment are :
- Two pallets by item min
- Full containers or truck
- To obtain the best freight costs, it is recommended to order the quantities below.
- Shipments by plane : Min. one pallet of 700 kg (only ultra fresh product)
- Shipments by boat : Min. one 20' container (dry or reefer - no mixing)
- Shipments by truck : Min. full truck (about 22 MT - dry or reefer - no mixing)
Proceeding & sales conditions
Our prices are always ex work our Warehouses.
There are daily updating function the exchange rates Euro / USD.
A FOB price ( Marseille, Montoir de Bretagne, Le Havre, Rotterdam or Antwerp) will be given on demands when you will give us the exact quantities of your intend of order, the port of delivery and eventually the preferred port of loading .
The cost freight charges will be given only by the forwarder under his own responsibility. You can choose your forwarder, your loading port and shipping/trucking company.
You will give us by E mail the following information's :
- Your completes bank information's for validation by ours.
- The attached file of your intend of order such you will have downloaded on our web site, with the quantities required for each item.
- The documentary payment suggested
We will confirm you your intend of order added with the FOB prices (pro forma invoice), and eventually one of theses following supplementary financial costs.
- Financial Insurance guaranties (case of regular long term contract) · L/C documents costs,
- Documentary credit costs
- Change risk
- Swift
Your order will be definitive and contractual, after reception of this pro forma legalised, affixed and signed by the legal firm representative, with the part swift transfer prepayment as indicated in the Pro forma.
